A bit of fresh air. My work from the past years have been based on portray young women in a surrealistic manner, superimposed by plants or shapes while submerged in translucent layers and solved in several mediums like: digital, watercolor and lately oils.
I am always changing, I like to try differnet styles and techniques and that is reflected on my work as well. Even though, I keep the female as the main character in my composition, my work is in constant state of development. When people ask me why I paint always women, I tell them: "because I found fascinating, delicate and beautiful how our women features are".
Every painting is a reflection of thoughts and feelings I experiment during the time period of creation. My art is meant to transplant the viewer into that same mind space of wonder and possibility, where my beautiful and lonely characters are able to find a sense of belonging in their own universe.
